WEH® TW800 | Diverse application possibilitiesThe WEH® TW800 Quick Couplings are ideal for low pressure testing of automotive component at vacuum or pressures up to 50 bar, i.e.supply lines for cooling water, heating water, oil, etc. and for function testing of pressure vessels, cooling systems, hoses and tubes.

WEH® TW800 | FunctionThe quick release coupling TW800 is easy to use. Only pull back the grip sleeve and push the WEH® Quick Disconnect onto the test piece as far as the stop. Then push the grip sleeve forward, the clamping jaws are locked and the pressure-tight connection is made. Testing can now proceed by supplying the pressure medium.

WEH® TW800 | ConnectionPossibilitiesTW800 for function and pressure tests on components with a bead, rim, collar, flange, stub or external thread. The WEH® TW800 is rated for a pressure range of up to max. 50 bar.
The WEH® TW800 Quick Connector is ideally suited for function and pressure testing within the low pressure range up to 50 bar max. He establishes a leaktight connection to components with bead, rim, collar, flange, stub or male thread in just seconds - without tedious hand tightening. Additional sealants and sealing tapes are not required.
Simply pull back the grip sleeve and place the connector onto the test piece port. Thanks to the time-saving handling, testing times are significantly reduced and workflows facilitated. The high flow rate ensures, in addition, an enhanced productivity at the test bench.
Made from high quality stainless steel, the connector meets the high demands of industrial testing and is also suited for automated test procedures.
In the automotive industry, the WEH® TW800 quick release coupling is also used for leak testing of fuel connections, connections for cold and hot water and other supply lines as well as refrigeration and air conditioning components.

Quick connector for pressure and function testing of components with a bead, rim, collar, flange, stub or male thread at low pressure ranges for the following standard sizes:
- Beads for hose connections
- Whitworth tube thread to DIN EN ISO 228-1 | G1/2" up to G3/4"
- SAE J514 JIC 37° | UNF 7/16"-20 up to UNF 7/8"-14
For automotive applications, the TW800 is used for testing fuel lines, radiators, ACR components and other sub-assemblies for the automotive industry.
It is also used in electromobility for testing e-axles, cooling water pipes of electric machines and electric motors.
Another application is function testing compressors, heat exchangers, measuring devices, hoses, tubes and tanks. The test connector is also an ideal tool for automated leak testing during production, automatic systems and robotics.
Fast test connections for components with formed tubes - WEH® TW800
The sleeve actuated quick coupling TW800 is the ideal test fitting for low pressure testing, leak testing and function testing of components with swaged, flared and other formed tubes. They offer quick connect and quick disconnect thanks to the WEH® Jaw Locking Mechanism and the easy to operate sliding sleeve. Just push to connect. The TW800 quick release coupling is mainly used for testing automotive components during production and hoses, tubes and tanks.
