Straight tube testing within seconds with WEH® Connector TW241

Straight tubes from 6.0 mm to 22.2 mm can be leak tested simply and easily using the WEH® TW241 Quick Connector. Wherever straight tubes have to be pressure tested or function tested, the WEH® TW241 is the right tool, being ideal for applications in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry. Testing applications include heat exchangers, pressure vessels, valves, transducers, compressors, condensers, evaporation coils, air conditioners, heating systems and many more RAC components. In the automotive industry the WEH® TW241 is used for radiator testing.

The TW241 tightly seals the external diameter of straight tubes and bridges large tube tolerances of up to ± 0.25 mm. Applications include vacuum testing and pressure testing up to 70 bar. A pressure-assisted piston prevents disconnection under pressure for additional safety. Operation is amazingly easy. Simply place the WEH® Connector onto the straight tube, actuate the hand lever by 90° and the pressure-tight connection is made and the test medium can be supplied. No need for additional fixing.
